01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 33taj website at 33taj.pro or by creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 33taj.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 33taj, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification may be required during the registration process or at any subsequent point.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not already hold an existing 33taj account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration.
• Your use of the platform must be for personal entertainment purposes only — not for commercial gain, business activity or third-party benefit.

33taj reserves the right to refuse registration to any person at its discretion without providing a reason. Providing false registration details — including a false name, false date of birth or another person's payment method — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

03 Account Verification

33taj may request identity verification documents at any point, including during initial registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers a review. This process, commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer), may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account used)
• Proof of address or additional personal documentation where required

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is completed. 33taj will not process payments to unverified accounts above the standard minimum thresholds. The verification process exists to protect players from unauthorised account access and to maintain the integrity of financial transactions on the platform.

Submitting fraudulent, altered or borrowed documents during verification is a serious violation and will result in permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 33taj are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — instant bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — IBFT to designated 33taj bank account
• Debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to someone other than the registered 33taj account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any account found to be receiving third-party deposits will be suspended pending investigation.

33taj does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are not controlled by or refundable through 33taj. 05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and platform policy at the time of the request. Key withdrawal conditions include:

• The withdrawing account must be the same person as the registered 33taj account holder.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Account verification must be complete before withdrawals above standard thresholds are processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within two hours. Bank transfers follow the respective clearing schedule.

33taj reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. This may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of any uncompleted bonus credit and associated winnings unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Real money deposits made before a bonus was activated are generally withdrawable without restrictions — the specific rules are shown on the bonus terms page.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

33taj offers bonuses and promotions including welcome packages, reload bonuses, free spins, PSL season offers and VIP cashback. All promotions are governed by individual offer terms, which are displayed on the Promotions page before you claim. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

Wagering Requirements

Bonus credit carries a wagering requirement — a total bet amount that must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20× the bonus amount) is stated on each offer. Progress is tracked in your account dashboard.

Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the offer terms. Uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry. It is your responsibility to track and use bonuses within the valid period.

Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated play to manipulate bonus wagering, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the involved accounts.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 33taj — including live casino tables, slot titles and fish game rooms — operate under the rules defined by the respective game provider. These rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of the overall terms you agree to by playing.

Outcomes in slot games and fish games are determined by certified random number generation systems. Live casino outcomes are determined by real-time physical dealing and standard game rules applicable to each table format (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack).

In the event of a technical error — disconnection during a live session, a game loading failure mid-round or any platform-side malfunction — 33taj will apply its standard technical error resolution policy. Bets in progress at the time of a confirmed technical fault may be voided and stakes returned. Bets already settled before the fault are not subject to reversal.

• Do not use software tools, bots or automated systems to interact with any game on the platform.
• Do not exploit game mechanics, display glitches or software bugs intentionally. Report any discovered issues to support.
• Do not share account credentials or allow others to play on your account.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33taj and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, regardless of the email address, phone number or payment method used
• Using another person's identity, CNIC, phone number or payment method
• Accepting or sending deposits from or to third-party payment accounts
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent platform access restrictions
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, collusion or any other means
• Exploiting platform errors, technical glitches or bonus loopholes for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illicit origin
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or platform staff

09 Account Suspension and Closure

33taj may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete account verification within the required period
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months)
• At the account holder's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure)

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive real money balance will have that balance returned via the last-used payment method after a standard security check, subject to verification being complete.

Accounts closed due to confirmed rule violations will have their balance reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Balances attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or rule violations are subject to forfeiture.

10 Privacy and Data

33taj collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that document.

Your personal data — including name, CNIC details, phone number and transaction history — is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and communication about your account. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the data held on your account, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request account closure and data deletion (subject to regulatory retention requirements that may apply).

11 Responsible Gaming

33taj is committed to providing a platform that supports responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all account holders in account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of play
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account if gaming is causing problems

These tools are in place because we take seriously the responsibility that comes with operating an entertainment platform. Gaming at 33taj should always be funded from discretionary entertainment budget — not from income allocated to essential expenses. If you feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your finances, relationships or mental health, use the self-exclusion option immediately and speak to someone you trust.

12 Limitation of Liability

33taj provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 33taj's liability to any individual player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. 33taj is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or expected earnings arising from platform unavailability
• Game outcome disputes where the game has functioned as designed and no technical fault is confirmed
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to read and comply with bonus or game terms
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

33taj reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated date displayed at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, a notification will be displayed to logged-in users.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
